Express buses Airport-Frankston via EastLink

I sat on the NightRider from Craigieburn on Friday night, and chatted with the driver on the way. When we touched on the subject of EastLink, he mentioned that there are plans in the pipeline for a bus from Tullamarine Airport (or thereabouts) to Frankston via the EastLink. What are your views on this?

I have heard that around too. But if there was a bus service type thing it would be operated by coaches, as they have the additional space underneath and are just more comfy.
