I did just hear about this one.
What I have found out are,... 5 people are dead, perhaps 6, 6 have just been confirmed. 12 others are badly hurt. Truck went into the side of the train. The 13:00 up service from Swan Hill 10kms north of Kerang Murray valley highway level crossing. One of the carriages may be a 'write off'

A legal rule is that such news items are allowed to be posted here. But the second a fatality is reported, a moderator is legally liable to lock it.
